Last-minute bridge of May 1 in three star hotels in Riccione

Deposit:
Upon the customers’ arrival at the Hotel, the amount collected by way of deposit will be used by the Hotel as a bond that will be eventually deducted from the final amount in case no damage will be caused to the room or communal areas.

Booking changes made by the customer:
Any change of the original booking (reduction in the number of guests, accommodation dates etc..) required via telephone or email must be notified at the hotel at least 7 days before the expected arrival date. Otherwise the hotel will send a new price with the new request.
In case of non-communication, the Administration will withdraw an amount equal to three nights from the deposit by way of compensation for each person who has not showed up at the hotel (as provided by art. 2 of Chapter I "prestazioni varie d'opera e di servizi" della Raccolta Provinciale degli Usi – “Provision of work and services” of the Provincial Guide to Standard Industry Practices) and a new price quote will be sent by the property in line with the updated reservation.

Booking cancellation:
Customers who withdraw from the contract submitting a written communication to the hotel within 30 days before the accommodation begins will be charged a penalty equal to 15% of the whole reserved package (paid as a deposit). Otherwise, customers withdrawing after said term will be charged a penalty equal to 30%.

Early departure:
The Administration will charge Customers needing to move up their departure with the entire amount as agreed at the time of the booking.
