The ample choice in vegetarian foods, always present in our rich buffet of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres is presented together with the menu of the day.
In the morning you will be greeted by the fragrance of fresh, homemade cakes offered together with other sweet and savoury breakfast foods served with biscuits, cereals, yogurt and fruit juices.
The chef will also cater for guests with different dietary needs, such as coeliacs or people with food allergies.
Also for guests requiring gluten free foods our kitchen and staff will be at your disposal with special menus prepared exclusively with appropriately kept gluten free foods according to the best practices indicated for these diets.
We are pleased to inform our guests that the kitchen, restaurant and reception staff have attended special training courses held by the local health authorities in collaboration with the Italian Coeliacs Association.
