Do you have a restaurant? What are the timings?
Our Restaurant is available to guests from 1.00 pm (entry into the room from 1.00 pm to 1.20 pm) and in the evening from 7.30 pm (entry into the room from 7.30 pm to 8.00 pm). The service is carried out directly at the table and it is possible to choose between menus (starter, first and second course) of meat, fish and vegetarian every day for both lunch and dinner. Each meal is accompanied by a vast buffet of cold vegetables which is constantly replaced. Three evenings a week are organized with a gastronomic theme, like the "Evening Romagnola" and the welcome drink.
Your menu allows me to eat something different every day?
Yes. You can taste delicious dishes from the Romagna tradition and a wide choice of traditional dishes from all the regions of Italy in order to never get bored even at the table. Upon request we propose gluten-free menus.
Do you serve meals for celiacs and vegetarians?
Yes, we prepare occasional meals for people with intolerances to gluten and we have a wide range of proposals for vegetarians with service directly at the table to avoid volatile contaminations.
Can I ask to be served twice at the restaurant?
Yes, always ;-)
At what time is breakfast served?
An international breakfast buffet is included in the room price. Breakfast is served from 08.00 am to 10.00 am in the restaurant room.
In the case we chose the half board treatment, what is the cost of the additional lunch?
It is possible to add our tasty menus for € 25,00 per adult, and € 15,00 per child (3-12 years).
The meal includes 3 courses of your choice between: appetizer, main or second, free drinks are included without limits. Lunch can be comfortably eaten in the hotel restaurant or we can organize packed lunches.


Is there an area where children can play? Do you have an animation service for children?
We do not have an area inside the hotel for children to play but we have internal entertainment (for children aged 3 to 10 years) during meal times and you can also find a large play area and many activities directly on the beach with us affiliated.
Is the hotel suitable for parents and children?
Our target clientele is typically families and children
Do you have strollers or shall I take it along with me?
We have strollers for our little guests. Strollers are free to use with limited availability, trying to give everyone the opportunity to take advantage of them.
Are there extra beds/cradles/high chairs?
We have everything: beds, cradles, baby bath tubs and high chairs for the dining room. It is recommended to request them at the time of booking.

In the room

The bathrooms are equipped with shower or bath tub?
All bathrooms have a shower.


Is there a parking inside the hotel? Is it guarded? It is possible to book it? How much does it cost?
Our hotel has a private parking on the side of the hotel or a private parking at about 1.5 km served by shuttle 24 hours a day (with video surveillance and insured). Both car parks have limited availability, for this reason we recommend you to book it (with an extra cost). Alternatively, it is possible to park the car near the Hotel on the road, without additional costs.
Is there the possibility to use the Internet Service?
We have a wi-fi connection completely free, available throughout the hotel and directly in the rooms.
Are pets accepted? Are there additional costs?
Yes, our four-legged friends are welcome. We ask for a little extra cost of € 20,00 for the sanitisation of the room.
Do you provide beach towels or beach facilities?
The All-Inclusive package includes access to a private beach with a beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room, in the third row from the lifeguard main cabin. If you prefer to move in the first row you can ask for the supplement directly at the beach. Beach towels are not included.

Where we are and how to reach us

How far is the hotel from the beach?
Our hotel is situated only 50 meters from the beach, but in order to get a better idea we invite you to see the Google Map in the page "Where we are".
How is the beach in Riccione?
The beach in Riccione is organised with fixed beach umbrellas and sunbeds, changing cabins, toilets and hot showers are at the disposal of all-inclusive guests.
The sea has a regular depth and it is sandy and always monitored by the lifeguard.
I have never been in Riccione; can you give me some advice?
Immediately after having filled in the form on this web site you will receive a customized guide rich of tips to better enjoy our city. On your arrival at the hotel, instead you shall simply ask and we will be happy to give you all the information you need.
What should I do if I want to come by train?
It is very simple. The nearest railway station is "Riccione". To get to the Hotel: after exiting the station simply walk along Viale Ceccarini in the direction of the sea and reach Piazzale Curiel where you find all the buses. Take the bus number 11 in the direction of Rimini, you will find us at the stop number 46.
How do we organise trips and excursions or buy tickets for the parks?
Our All-Inclusive formulas do not include excursions or tickets for the parks but you can buy the tickets directly at the Hotel. The tickets for the parks are with direct access without standing in lines!

What to do and where to go

We are a family that comes for the first time in your area, what does Riccione offer?
We are 50 meters from the evening walk of Viale Dante, the 1.5 km long shopping boulevard rich of shops, clubs and entertainment. At about 1 km you will find Viale Ceccarini the most characteristic avenue of Riccione with the trendiest clubs and the most important boutiques. Commercial activities, minimarket, pharmacies are all on the doorstep. Just ask the reception, we will provide you with a free map of the area and we will show you all the main sites.
Which are in summer the places that I absolutely have to visit?
Riccione is famous for the services that you can find on the beaches, on the promenade and the fun parks. In addition to these famous destinations you can find many places of historical interest also in Rimini or on the hills of the hinterland.

Health and Safety

Is there a hospital near the Hotel?
The closest hospital to us is located in Riccione, distant approximately 10 min. drive. The medical on-call service is available on request.

Check in / Check out

From what time is the room available on the day of arrival?
We guarantee delivery of the room by 2.00 pm, check out, however, is expected by 10.00 am. If you arrive before and the room is ready we will be happy to deliver you the keys, otherwise you can leave your suitcases in our deposit and immediately start to enjoy your holiday, dine with us and enjoy the beach.
If we arrive in the morning can we already take advantage of the restaurant for lunch?
Our packages include lunch on the day of arrival up to breakfast on day of departure. Meals not consumed may be replaced by packed lunches.
Is there an assistance/maintenance service?
For any malfunctioning please notify us promptly. The reception is open 24 hours a day but in order to find technicians a notice is necessary.


How do I request a quote without any booking obligation?
Requesting a quote is very easy and fast, you can do so on our internet web site by filling out the form that you find in every page. Or you can contact our booking office. To receive the best personalized quote, we recommend that you specify the period of stay, the number of persons, the typology of the room, the age of the children or teenagers and any special requests.
Can request the position that I prefer for the room?
Certainly, the hotel staff will do their utmost to satisfy all your requests (preferred floor, balcony with panoramic view, bathroom etc...). We cannot promise to be able to satisfy every request because we have to consider the availability, but we promise to do our utmost to meet your needs.
How can I send the deposit and what are the methods of payment accepted?
In case the deposit is not received within the time limits specified, the booking will be considered void. The deposit can be sent by bank transfer indicating the booking code. For the payment of your stay we accept credit cards Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, ATM, PostePay and cash.
Will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel immediately after the reservation?
Yes, the confirmation is sent via email and contains all the booking data, the hotel information, the rate and the conditions of cancellation of the reservation.
How can I cancel my booking? Do I have to pay cancellation fees?
You can cancel your reservation simply by contacting our booking office via telephone or e-mail. In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, it is possible to recover the deposit through a voucher issued directly by us (for methods and use, contact our booking office). Within 21 days of the arrival date the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
